Amenities and Location
If you like to experience variety, this is the place to stay. You will be able to ski a different resort everyday if you'd like. Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Vail, and Beaver Creek are all a short drive away.
After a day out on the slopes, come back and enjoy time with family and friends. The open floor plan allows everyone to be together. The kids can be on the couch watching TV or playing with the mini foosball set, while the adults have a glass of wine and prepare dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs - we suggest making cheese fondue!
The grocery store is located ten minutes away in Dillon. For eating out, there are a host of restaurants nearby. Find a favorite in Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne, or Breckenridge. The movie theater is in Dillon. There are also small community theatres in Dillon and Breckenridge.
Back at the house, you can enjoy the panoramic mountain view or sit cozily by the gas fireplace. The dining room table can seat 8 and there is seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Two bedrooms with queen size beds are on the main living floor, along with the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The second floor loft is a large bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds.
Our home is located across the parking lot from the clubhouse. You can have a great vacation without ever leaving Timber Ridge. You'll enjoy many hours of fun at the clubhouse: swimming, relaxing in the hot tubs and sauna, as well as playing ping pong, pool, foosball, and racquetball. Just outside the clubhouse is a grill and picnic tables along with a tennis court.
In addition to the fabulous clubhouse, there are two trailheads just a few minutes walk away. In winter, you will be able to go snowshoeing and in the other seasons it's great to go hiking. If you'd rather go shopping, you can take the 3 mile bus ride on the Summit Stage down to the Outlets at Silverthorne.
Our home is well-equipped with snowshoes, sleds, tennis racquets, and toys. We are especially welcoming of young children. We have a pack and play and a high chair.
